I'm apparently the only one that gives mine those light flannel blankets from Walmart to sleep with and keep their feet warm...
They have pine chips and a blanket or two on super texas cold nights that it hits 30s... if I move where its below freezing again, knowing me they'd be in the house with me... HA who am i kidding... as soon as i get my own place they'll be back inside regardless of the weather!

Mine have plenty of shavings/straw and a couple of the flat cozy coop space heaters (the kind that do not get hot to the touch) on especially cold nights in their duck house. As a Texas girl I can attest that in all my years (not really that many, right?) that it has never ever gotten as cold there as what I have seen here in western Maryland. And my weather is nothing compared to some of these other folks on here. I am having to learn to sit back and watch (and bite my nails). I wanted to get them fuzzy blankies too but the poop!!!!
