At what low temperature should you provide a heat lamp for feathered peachicks?

None of my four month old or older have a heat source. The ones younger have a lamp that they can use or ignore as they feel the need.

What about when temp goes down in teens. Do you provide heat lamp for them then? I just want to be prepared for winter. Sometimes it does go down to 0 here but usually just the teens.

I live in Wisconsin.... never use heat in coop. Provide a well ventilated but draft free coop and keep it dry. Your chickens are fully feathered

They may not want to come out in the yard on the worst winter days but will hang out in the covered run
