help?!?!??

You have a very tough situation. You came to the right place for advice. You may or may not be able to do what is best based on your situation.
The pond may not freeze right away but the biggest problem is wild life. When it is cold there is less for wild life to eat and wild animals will seek things such as ducks for food.
You can try to explain your concerns to your family. If there isn't a way to compromise to put them in their coop where it is safe, the very best you can do is find someone that can take them.
I'm sorry that you are in this situation. Best wishes for a good outcome. :hugs

Your parents sound like my parents. (still now; and I'm 33 now). They well, don't really love animals; they are "just" animals. How much of my animals they let loose to die in the forest or got frozen or whatnot and said "meh, just animals, it's nature". And they can't really fanthom when their children, unlike them, has interest in animals and support them.

But since you are a child; you don't really have much power to change your situation. Or their opinions.

The only way to (temporarily) change their opinions is when they don't have to do ánything. Be creative. They don't want them in; because they poop. (and offcourse; poop never can be cleaned; that's why everyone buys a new toilet every day...sigh). Could you make some sort of shelter from easy disposible materials (wood/cardboard) next to the pond and lure them over there with snacks?

they are ok but still in the pond :(

I'm sorry your parents won't let you take better care of them. Have you considered finding them a home where they will be safe? I know you love them so it would be very hard for you, but it would surely be much less painful than the inevitable predator attack?
