Awesome you got them inside out of the weather and safe from harm. Do you have any bedding down for them? You can put feed and water inside a plastic under bed storage container to try an keep bedding drier. Well done getting them in the coop.
If they are cold then you might want to try to warm them up, it is great that they are in their coop now! I don’t think the ice flakes will do anything. If you don’t have a water dish in their coop you should put one there.
If you don’t have bedding then you could use saw dust
they have straw bedding and a water bowl and food
