If you can get some one to jump your truck tomorrow go to Home Depot, Lowes, Best Buy, ect. And buy one of those 12 volt inverters and plug a light in for the light. It will probably kill your battery by morning but it will get your through the night. Birds take cold alot better than ppl think. My Grandmother brooder hundreds of birds on the front porch with nothing more than blankets. Also don't pay more than $25.00 for a 100watt inverter If they are higher you can go to a truckstop by the interstate and get one pretty cheap.
