Help!

Estimation on how big the brooder is? It looks fairly small from the picture. Four weeks old, and only cleaning every other day or once a day, the bedding is going to be soiled and stinky. Can you get a close picture of the wound?
We clean it if any water gets spilt before it does get stinky or gross, this is the closest one I have right now.
There is no hole/open wound anywhere on her. looked and had my mother in law look also incase I missed it.

Does it feel hard/soft/squishy? I don't like the discoloration of the wound.

I don't know if its the right thing to do but those raided places I'd have to open and make sure nothing is inside? @Isaac 0 what do you think? Use a sterile tweezer?

And when you were applying it on the skin nothing was moving under the skin right? I was just concerned some of those raised places may have had infection under them or something alive. Not trying to alarm you.

Nope! No movement at all, I also set my hand over it and there is no excess heat coming from it either

I'm sure you would have stated if it happened, but just thought I'd ask. You are not aware of any injuries that occurred previously, or any ideas on how it happened?
