Yo I just chocked my incubât hen and here was a small chick that just hatched it was lying on the ground helpless and the mother was still incubating the rest so it was dying so I brought it inside with me
Plz anyone what am I suppose to do now ????

It may have either fell out, accidentally got knocked out, or mom discarded it because she sensed something was wrong. If i was in your situation, i would try putting it back under her and watch and see if she accepts it back, or if she indeed did reject it. Wait, i said fell out, but what kind of nest is it? Is it on the ground, up in a nesting box?
 
It doesn't look very good. Is it active at all, or breathing good?
The nest was on Thebes ground and the mother is sitting on several eggs I assumed that this one is the first and so the mother had to finish the other eggs and so it hatched and was left by the mother.
I don't know whether the mother rejected him or not and I'm not risking taking him out in the cold
Also ur guessed right it looks like it is dead in the first but it turns out it started to move I'll send a vid
