Help !!!

I have no clue what this is. My chicken developed bumps in the beginning like warts and then it developed into something worse. This happened in the span of a week.

Trim the feathers away from the eyes. Careful, not to disturb the scabs, but I would put Terramycin on the eyes.
Sanitize her drinking water according to the article below. Fowl Pox is a virus and has to run it's course.
Does the bird have lesions inside the beak? Is there a bad odor?
