I have 2 chicks,one born friday and doing great the other one took almost 1 day to come out.It is still in the incubator,not sure if I should take it out.It is not doing to well,Does not seem to stand up long,and as of today hardly chirps.not sure what to.I really could use some help.

It's a judgment call. If you have more eggs in the incubator waiting to hatch, it's better to leave him in there. Sometimes a weak chick will recover. I have had really good success feeding the really weak ones on Game Bird Starter ground up in the blender for the first few days...it seems to help them get stronger faster. It's possible you could get him out and do all you can to help and he still might not make it.

If he's the last one, you could take him out...give him a drop of water or sugar water on the tip of his beak without getting it in his nostrils. Those babies in my experience often like a folded, dry washcloth in the brooder with them...rumple it up a little...they crawl into the crooks and valleys in the nubby fabric and cuddle up.
