Help!

well i woke up and it said my incubator was at 97.5 degrees for about an hour. is that okay?

and also i heated it up then it went to 104 for atleast 5 min!

then dropped to 102 then droped to 100f
am i okay?!

Ya same with me! im trying to get it adjusted but it wont stick!!
