Help!

A while back I had a problem with minks. After we trapped one and took it off, everything ceased. Now about 4 months later, I have a dead hen and a dead duck. Both were nest mothers. Should I take the other hens on nests and put them in the shed? Will they stay on their new nests?

Just saw your posts. How are your broody's doing? Did you move them?

Sounds like you have been rediscovered. Time to trap again or at least put out a sheet of plywood with flour on it and a dead bird nailed in the middle to see what's after you now. That way you know what to use for bait, and what trap size to use.

I moved the hen chicken. The Muscovy hen was to mad I moved her nest so I had to put her eggs back. I haven't had anymore problems since I trapped a cat! So I think that was our killer.
