HELP!!

My black hen,has been very listless..She seems weak..also she opens & closes ,her beak alot..She seems about to fall asleep..,What's wrong??

she's about 2 yrs old,the others are fine...She wouldn't go out of the coop today.she seems weak..The last few days..she's been very slow..

Read up on Gapeworm. It can block of their breathing.

Mouth breathing is often a sign that the dying process has started. Are her eyes open or closed?

well she's sleep now..But they were open earlier...

also it seems she has trouble walking..

If she's dying, sleeping a lot is normal, they also don't really move either. They can sleep to a point of not being able to wake up and soon die. The combs can go a darker colour.

To check for Gape-worm you can take a q-tip and stick it down her throat and move it around slightly and pull out, it would have red worms on it, if that is the case this can help dislodge the worms.

she is now laying on her side,w/ her legs out.on the floor of coop..Not pale or panting.

Put her in a box to keep her comfortable with a towel or something comfy.
