Can you describe her walking trouble in more detail? Is she limping, or wobbling, or seem off balance, or weak? Use as much detail as you can so we might be able to get a better idea of what is going on.

Is her poop well formed and of a normal color?

She is wobbling and kind of off balance we have her away from the other chickens in a play pin with some straw the other chickens were pecking at her and she would fall over :cd :cd :cd :cd :cd

If you think she's egg bound, start by giving her a nice warm bath. This relaxes her muscles and helps a ton. You can usually feel if she's egg bound by very gently feeling around her vent and abdomen. You will be able to feel the egg inside her. But make sure to be vry gentle, you don't want to break the egg inside her. You can also gently feel inside her vent and see if you feel an egg there.

Sorry for slow replies, I'm at work. Leave her in there for maybe a halg hour or so - don't let the water get too chilly. A lot of times they'll pass the egg right in the water. Were you able to feel the egg? If not, other things to check for are lice and mites, as blood loss can lead to dizziness and weakness, so that may be it. I would also consider coccidiosis. Check her poop for blood, because that's one of the signs. If she has runny poop, that also points to coccidiosis.
