I have a flock of hens just reaching laying age and a rooster. This morning 2 of my hens have one eye swelled closed are lethargic and rattling breathing. Does anyone know what is going on and if it is treatable?

What do you mean by rattling breathing? Wheezing? Raspy sounding breathing?

It is like a ticking rattling sound from the head area when they inhale. I found another hen on the roost with both eyes swollen shut.
