HELP!

There is some blood around the cut/hole on her neck. It isn't bleeding a lot.
Then don't worry about it. Just let her be and give her a few hours. Handling birds right after an attack can kill them, so it really is best just to let them rest.

And do like @21hens-incharge suggested with the food and water, just make sure she can't drown in the water dish.

I agree with Kathy. I would not mess with the wound if it is not bleeding a lot. The towel or even an old bed sheet will be better under her. I like the bed sheet since her toenails cannot get caught in it.

I am sure you are both shook up. Be calm and very patient with her. She looks like she got ruffed up some but not terribly torn up.

You are welcome.

Her eyes are rolling in her head and she seems very dizzy. Honestly, I'm afraid that she might have suffered a brain injury or it could be just stress. She is hanging her head to the left on the side of the neck injury. She has popped and it looks normal but I'm afraid the injury may be to extensive. Should I give her till tomorrow morning, or is more humane to put her out of her misery? She can't keep, her head straight and when I try to move it it rolls. Thank you all for your input.

It is to early to tell much. Let her rest.
She really just needs some rest. Let her be for a couple hours and then look in on her. Even just checking on her right now can add stress. She really really really should be kept very quiet. I know it is hard since you want to be there for her. Sometimes being there for them means not being there.

She may have suffered a severe neck strain or even a break. In the picture I do not think it is broken.

I do not know if you have an avian vet that would take a look at her especially on a Saturday but you may be able to call an emergency vet clinic.

She drank some but refuses to eat. Her neck Is the same though:/ I can't look at the wound again until my sister comes home to help me and that won't till later this afternoon:(.

That is a total bummer. She may have suffered a fracture in the neck.

Is she calm and not moving around much? Keep her where it is quiet and calm.
Time will be the big teller in how she will fare.

Have you had to cull a bird before?

She is relaxing and can stand up by herself with out help ( good sign ). She is better then this morning, still no eating but drinking. No I've never had to cull one of birds before.
