HELP!

My sister managed to get her to eat a few pieces of crumble and she swallowed without any problems. She tried to eat it off her finger but she kept over compensating to the left. Also the left eye second eyelid (same side as the wound) is not opening. I think she is blind in that eye and is trying to balance things out and get use to it. Her head is still leading to the left side. She seems strong but I don't know if I am helping or just prolonging her pain

They can recover from horrific injuries.... I'd give her a chance if she were mine.

What should I feed her? I think she does deserve a chance for making it this far. Thank you very much for all your help everyone.

Try feeding her crickets, mealworms, eggs or crumbles mixed with water.

Sounds like things are looking up for her. Many chickens live long lives after losing sight in one eye.
I am so very glad she is doing better so fast.

They really are amazing given the chance to be.

She is doing alot better today. Yesterday she didn't move when I touched her left side, now she not only moves but protests! She is holding up her head more and walk around fine. Her left eye is still closed but I think she'll be back in the coop in just a couple of days!
