Ady, I'm ashamed to say that I don't even know at this point. I know that for the next several weeks, I have hatches due every few days.
I hope the little one makes it, too. Absolutely beautiful color.
The little Rouen seems to know it's pretty weak-he is laying right beside it all snuggled up to keep it warm.

Ducks are fantastic little critters. Makes the heartache over the loss of one, lack of sleep from staying up babysitting the incubator, huge holes drilled everywhere, the runs being huge mud pits...worth it. Gotta love them.
i agree they are absolutely hilarious little critters! I had to put my dels out in the unfinished big pen today. The guineas dont let my chickens out of the coop to eat or drink. I had a feeder and waterer in the coop too so they could eat and drink but i felt so bad the guineas were being so mean!
So they are outside in the big pen. Its inclosed all the way around but there is no roof and the induvidual pens are not finished. I am just watching them to make sure no hawks try to swoop to get my babies!

Those darn guineas...
We had 3 that wandered around here for a while and they tried to take over my free range flock. One of the guineas attacked my #2 rooster, and my alpha rooster came tearing across the pasture, jumped over the rooster that was being attacked and landed on top of the guinea-proceeding to whip his rear. Fantastic rooster...too bad he tried to flog me in the face for a third time.
Well, I need to go to Tractor Supply...I hate going there. Sadly, the only place around here that carries those rubber bowls. Those are great for the duckies.
Talk to ya'll later, I hope-if things stay sorta quiet today.
1st baby out and trying to get up. The rest have a little bit of yolk left but I swear this one absorbed a heaping teaspoon worth in 5 minutes and then popped out.
