I can't see much of anything except a blob when they are ready to hatch. Maybe I can get hubby to bring me home his fancy flashlight from work to use? I doubt it, I get in trouble for using it, lol

I'm always trying to use dh fancy flashlight too... They are so stingy!

Mine has a flashlight treasure trove. Problem is, the batteries are almost always dead in EVERY one of them.

I think we need to start wacking them upside the head with their fancy flashlights, lol How exactly does one wask someone 'upside' the head?

Ah, I see, it is just easier to buy a new $100 flashlight than it is to change the batteries. Kind of like it is easier to just buy more socks and underware when you run out instead of washing the giant pile on the floor next to ones bed that I swear might actually have come alive.

That's a good indicator of a nice bird. So sad that the tiny little critters have such a hard time hatching on their own.

Ya it is sad... I have been enjoying them a lot. Such funny little things. Been a long time since I'd been around ducklings. one is a wee bit larger than the other and more brave. He also doesn't clean himself as much as the other. Lol I hope that means he's a he lol

We need to ask Sonja. Remember, she has "mad cop skills"-I bet she could tell us.

I'm trying to find a picture of a butterscotch duckling for you, justme, but it's not as easy as I thought it would be.

Omg I thought my Dh was the only one who did that! I swear I cuss up a storm when I see a new bag or underwate, socks, and undershirts!!!

I told mine many years ago that if he ever purchased socks or underware again I was out of here, lol He has been a very good boy and not bought any

I hook him up once a year.

Ya'll have GOT to be kidding me! My DH wouldn't go buy his own socks and underwear if he was forced to go commando for a month. He doesn't "do" shopping unless it's for manly things like flashlights and ice chests(yes, we have a treasure trove of those as well).
