I am going to put on my computer geek hat for a minute. If you guys are running Microsoft Windows XP or higher you REALLY should have this installed, running and updating on your computer: http://www.microsoft.com/security/pc-security/mse.aspx

Even if you have another antivirus software running which I am sure you all do

Morning duck. I had computer issues last night=that's why I just disappeared.
I'm going to have to start getting ready for my appointment with the ortho surgeon this morning. Gotta leave over an hour before I have to be there.
