I would rather be watching football..

I 'watched' football all day, was nice to see Michigan beat State...
...had a good nap too, was raining, really windy, and cold all day.

I watched the baseball game until the Dodgers went ahead 5 to 1 .
then I watched a bunch of episodes of Mountain Men that I had recorded..
I didn't go outside at all. snowed off and on and cold.. same today..
caught another mouse. they just can't resist the peanut butter free lunch..
DD #2 is bringing two mopeds here today for storage.. neither one runs. will sell them for $50.oo each.. I think they just need carbs cleaned..

Good morning. 46°, feels like 41° . My tomatoes need picking, due to freeze.

Leaves are falling.
Feathers too...the molt is ON.
More feathers than poop on roost boards this morning.

One of the old girls is still laying once a week or so...

My mom had one very similar to that one.Hers was a Singer.. the wood was very dark..
later on Dad installed an electric motor kit onto it..
Funny timing, just a couple of days ago DD#2 posted a picture of an old Singer machine on FB asking if anybody remembered these ??
I think we have a couple of them in the upstairs of the garage..

Idk if the machine works or not, waiting for a picture. I really don't care if it works, i already have 3 or 4 sewing machines. I have not been sewing but i want to get back to quilting. I used to do a lot of it. I need a sewing table though.

I would like to get it tuned up and a new belt for it.

I am going to try and get more history on it.

I bent over to pick up an egg and turned around ,then bashed my head on a perch and busted about half my stitches! Went to the ER, they sent me by ambulance to Lynchburg hospital and the plastic surgeon sewed me back up. Hurts like hell, and i have a headache.
