I just pealed a patch of skin off my finger while trying to peal a squash. I so hate it when I can see an accident coming but I persist in doing something the wrong way anyhow. Maybe macaroni & cheese is a better idea for lunch.

Yeah and serrated. Bled like crazy and really stung too. We still had braised winter squash and mac & cheese for lunch though and it was delicious.

How do you secure the wire to the windows and door?

I make a square frame on the inside of the window , screw it on , and staple the wire to the frame.

good morning, up at 4am again.
yesterday I took the nailer apart and removed the jammed nail. oiled it and put it on the shelf.
no major plans for today.

I woke up at 5:30 dreaming there was a Moose in the house, and couldn't go back to sleep.
Today I painted the playhouse coop.

After. You can see the building is now brown. The roof is green, like our house. It is leaning against the tarp, where I sprayed it. Going to do the shutters and door later.

Note to self: when wife asks, do you want to ride along ? I am going to pick up milk and meds.
that means we will be bumming all day and nothing will get done here.
I am NOT going anywhere today. she can if she wants to..
I almost have myself convinced to build a whole wall of shelves at the back of the garage.
It is hard to believe that we had nothing when we got married. not even any junk !!

Ha...she must be one that thinks shopping is a sport.

Yup, nothing like moving to learn that for sure. But I have to say I love those shopping n puttering around days. Generally means I won't have to make lunch or dinner so added win!
