I guess I really don't understand the term county.up here we begin with state, then county, then township, then city, village and wide spot along the road which are often called a "ville". ie: Nutterville, Taegesville.
the Nutter and Taege are old family names..
I can't imagine a whole county banning chickens.
supposed to go below zero tonight.
DD picked up the extra freezer . Her friend will take the parts washer and both mopeds.
good...gaining space is good..
.....jiminwisc......
until 2016, in my county had to be zone ag

:barnie

I guess I will be grateful for 2" and 6f
I wish it was that cold, before the snow fell...
...couldn't throw the snow off the warm ground :barnie:barnie:barnie
Hoping I have better luck tomorrow when it's colder, and windy :hit
Meanwhile hoping the thrower housing thaws enough in the garage to clear that.
Got until Friday to get it all cleaned up before the temps get above freezing. SMH.

Glad it didn't rain here first,
woulda clung to run roof then caught all that snow<shudders>

Got lucky and it was warm enough in garage to melt all the snow packed into thrower housing. Will give it another go in the morning. Hopefully low of 10 tonite will lock up that 'wet' snow and it'll throw, it's worked before.:fl

Can you say 'Lake Effect'?
We got 5" yesterday('regular' storm)...then ~16" of lake effect overnight.
It's supposed to keep churning all morning, until the 30mph winds start up and fill the path I shoveled to coop. At least I got out there to feed and close upper windows.
Winds can still blow snow in thru upper eaves, was gonna fix that, but it didn't happen soon enough.
Still need to change over tractor from mow to throw. Sigh.
NOT what I wanted to do the day after a tooth extraction(whine),
luckily it doesn't feel too bad.
Don't breath through an open mouth no matter how breathless you get. It'll wake that tooth right up.

And OMG that snow!

Actually tooth(well hole where tooth was) feels great....no dry socket.
Probably easiest one so far, injection sites don't even hurt unless I touch them hard.
Bummer is being able to eat enough when expending all this energy.

Snow is crazy, never seen this much this early...2 feet and still spitting once in while.

So glad it doesn't hurt.

Snow still gives me such mixed feelings, the grownup side is always hoping for no snow or a quick thaw, but some tiny kid in my brain still squeals when I see more falling.

Art, I thought about you when I saw the radar on TV. We still do not have any of that white stuff. Kind of a blessing . it is cold enough to freeze the ground, especially the driveway for when the snow comes. I won't be scraping the granite off of the driveway when I plow.
I like to drive on the snow before plowing, then I don't even get down to dirt.
9F right now, tonight.
Yah Boots, Snow is funny, we complain while it is falling, and then we take pictures of it because it is so pretty..
Molpet, It is still too cold to inspect Ollie. I hope the oil leak is an easy fix.
I had dry socket once. only once was enough. I also learned to not chew on the numbed tissue inside of my cheek.
the last tooth I had drilled, I requested no numbing. It wasn't so bad.
