Same here...as a kid sinus stuff always made upper molar hurts, molar roots are very close to sinuses.

Art, yes, but I don't think CBD can fix arthritis. at least it doesn't fix mine.

I planted a bush today, and painted some wood. Fed my critters. Did some sewing, but wanted to sleep more.

It's satisfying to get things done Cappy, but it's ok to mother yourself a little, especially when you're not well.

Not much new here. Ollie is still stuck. Too cold to work on that project.
I made cowboy beans. Used what ever beans I could find. didn't have any lima beans.
used chipoltly beans, red kidney, black, and a can of pork & beans.. it turned out OK.
I will peck at it all week until they are gone.
I hope those who are ailing will get well soon.

I got more pieces screwed on the packing crate coop today. Cut some plywood and painted it. It was lovely, high 50s and sunny.
