I used to cook liver in the microwave, with garlic on it. The dogs love it.I do not like liver and onions, but when I was a cook at a Friendly's some 30 years ago there were people who would only order liver if I was cooking because I knew how to cook it nicely without turning it into a piece of shoe leather.
It's raining here too. A soft drizzle.
If it will rain all night it will soften the ground enough that I can re-set my poultry net posts to get the sag out. (This fine sand is like CONCRETE when it's dry).
