Thanks, nice advice sheet.
I just pack the 4x 25 ft bed until I get sick of it. I use a potato fork, not sure of the distance between the outside tines, I plant at those tines, might be 6 inches. The last 5 ft or so gets spinach in the spring
I pull some for green garlic in the spring, and some don't make it through the winter. .. and moles tunnels underneath them. So they will get spaced farther apart.
I used to pull the cover back, but one year I didn't get to it until they were growing through it. They did fine... So now I check where one is missing.
I have just been pinching the scapes, I will try cutting them low.
Half the time it's too wet, humid or hot when they should be dug and I get them out later, they don't keep as well.

Yesterday and this morning I planted the garlic. Takes me forever because I can only do a half hour of work and then a half hour of stretching. The rust years :rant
About 4 inches apart, 4x20 something bed. About 300?
I think I will grow less next year.

Guestimate amounts
16 chesnok red
32 silver white
32 a red hard neck
64 viola francese
48 german
48 White soft neck, maybe a silver white
32 red soft neck
24 a different red hard neck

Still need to water
I have garlic to plant too. Idk what type it is.

My big project for today is to find a tiny nut that I dropped yesterday. I heard it hit the tractor on it's way down. I was too cold to go looking for it just then, Today the wide magnet will be in use..
So, did you find it?

We went fishing on Monday, caught 55 fish, 6 lbs of perch, every single one was a female and they were biting so fast we had a hard time keeping up. Made 3 lbs of fillets, fish taco time!!!

Looks like the rainy season is starting, we got 1.5 inches of rain last night so I don't have to water. I fell on Sunday and face planted on the gravel area in front of the chicken run. No serious damage except to my glasses, my hands are all healed up, the black eye makes me look like a trouble-maker so I like that. But now I'll have to make an appointment to get new glasses, the old ones have a bad scratch
