Yeah, i have a plastic tub lid i put over top or a tarp if rain is coming. You really figure things out, don't you?

Here is the coop build for the day.... Gingerbread Hoop Coop.
The frame is a mouse panel. I cut out cardstock patterns for the pieces.

Big part of my 20+ year career as a drafter/designer was to find, and fix, failure points in designs of manufacturing and packaging equipment.....so yeah, I can't un-see them.

I knew that Aart, and i appreciate it. I decided to put aluminum foil over the wire because hubby hopes to eat this when i am done.

I love gingerbread. Unfortunately DH doesn't so if I make it I get to eat it all. A couple of years ago I made Gingerbread Whoopie Pies from a kit and loved them.

I'm trying to OD on Christmas goodies. My New Year's resolution is to ditch refined sugar. That means I have to consume enough sugar before then to last me at least until next Christmas.
