Helpful hints for building coops

They used great big vertical lumber and ran 2x4s horizontal like a pole building.

This is one of those times I really wish the 'view all images' was still a function,
so I could go back and view the barn framing.

Hi again,

had strawberry crepes for breakfast with whipped cream on top.
the perfect nutritious meal, fruit, wheat and dairy..
stopped at Menard's on the way home.
bought two Stanley tool boxes. the ones with the trays and compartments all over in it.. My goal is to have a set of tools for each power tool I own. I really have to sort out tools regardless..

thinking of getting guineas. If I can find some cheap enough..

Nope, they are screws the guys put in to screw on the barn board! They are sticking out all over. They used what they had instead of what they should have used. They need to break off those points!
I am confident my screws went into the boards i put on the inside to support the cleats.
I think the pictures of the build for the barn are on this thread, back in late October.

I wonder if you will ever see them again.. how long has it been since they worked on the shed?

They are working on the soffits of the house lately. They were here less than a week ago. But they show up late and leave early , maybe 2 days a week. I wish they would just hurry up and finish already! Still waiting for them to put up the gutters and snow rails!

I found this deer cut out at Hobby Lobby and burned part of a board to mount it on. Going to put it up on the peak of the house.

Incubator build pretty much done!

Need to decide where to put it, monitor it for a while, then load it up!

I got my roller bearings for the table sander.
they are just a leeetle bit sloppy in the hole.
Do you think if I imbed them in JB Weld it would hold up ?

Otherwise I have to go to a larger ID bearing and then ream out the hole in the cast iron a few thousands ..

I just plowed the driveway an hour ago.
I figured it would be easier to plow twice instead of on huge push.
the snow is just now starting. supposed to get up to a foot .. give or take.........

got the new/used lathe into the lean to.
I figured out how I am going to make it
fold up against the wall when I am not using it.
