So cute! I'd be so excited!

We did the first inspection of the house today and it all looked good except for one missed exterior GFI outlet. They made a note of it and I'll check again when it's on site.

DP has been working her behind off keeping everything on track but it looks like the money side is going to work out. "Only" 10 grand of surprise issues but we are looking pretty good otherwise.

Still getting the occasional lottery ticket though.

I have never bought a lottery ticket.
Not that I am against them, I just don't seem to
think of it when I am buying gas.. Annie buys them once in awhile..
today is supposed to be more spring like than it has been.
I am going to try to get the back blade off of Ollie and put the tool bars on. then install the spring teeth and get it ready for working up the dirt for the corn patch..
Now that I have the compressor working, it should be a lot faster than using a hand ratchet ..

I had to come in and escape the heat.
Not used to anything over 55F.

I Know, Right!?!?!?
80°F feels HOT...good thing there's a breeze.
I whacked my back out 2 weeks ago, it still hurts like hell.
Finally, 3 weeks after selling hens, I got the crates and hammock cleaned up....it hurt just as much as I thought it would.
But my 'GnatHat' worked good.

is a gnat hat anything like a bee bonnet ?
I gave the sun time to move over and went out and put the cultivator on.
working in the shade was nice, but then the bugs found me. almost made me wish for snow..
I bought 3/8" bolts. bad, they should have been 7/16" . back to F&F tomorrow.
I have to try to find which building I put the extra spring teeth in. has to be one of four..
