I sure hope the babies recover soon. The bloat is usually not life threatening, I never heard of goat polio. That concerns me..
Only nine pounds? that is not good..
I think my neighbor treated bloat with a good drenching of vegetable oil . but that was with calves.
I got my refund for the non delivery of the rhubarb seeds, but I am still seedless.
yesterday I made six cuttings of grapes.. I did each one individually in gallon pots of potting soil. hope it works.

Annie just left to restock our pantry. It must be the day for it.
I stayed home and got the rototilling done for the grape row.
one drawback to this. I did not have it on my to do list, so I don't get to cross anything off.:barnie

great ideas. let's take it one step farther.
just do anything without a list, then list it and cross it off. you will never be behind ..
I figured out why the blade drive belt comes off of the pulleys on the Cub Cadet. today I turned the motor off with the blades engaged.
that did it.
I got the two belt guards off. 6 bolts. then gave up. the mosquitoes are hungry tonight.
I cut six elderberry cuttings and potted them today. they were all nice new growth .
I moved a table into a shady spot and have those six and six grape cuttings on it.. high hopes for all of them..
weeded the three - one year old grape vines. they are looking real good..
