I am going to turn the goats out in the garden to eat the weeds and blackberry leaves. Those canes need to go so the garden gets sun.

.......Dan is my nephew who moved in to help out this winter.

Having someone to help would spark my get up and go....

No matter what, I always have the last word.
it is "yes dear"..
Today I am giving Dan his first lesson on driving the tractor. I don't think he ever has driven a standard shift with a clutch.. I have been driving tractors for so long, I make it look easy. I know he has been watching me.
I think he is in for a big surprise.. LOL
Tomorrow at 8:30 AM i will be getting prepped for surgery..
after that, no computer for a few days.
My computer is in the basement , so I don't know if I will be able to manage the stairs.
Getting up the stairs might be a problem,
Getting down is easy, all I have to do is let go.. LOL

I have those too. The world gets dimmer every year. I have had them for over a decade.. still not to the point that they need to be removed. I just need more light LOL

Same here, at last exam 2 years ago.



Was able to get back in the woods to lay out some boundary tape for the 'Forest Eater' machine, was both exhilarating to get back there and sad to see the damage to my fence, far end of tape is attached to trashed gate.
Brighter notes, Gorgeous Day and Little Sister's second egg!

My mother is an evangelist for the lens replacement surgery. She told me that she hadn't seen leaves on trees or the stars in the sky for decades and preaches how amazing it is to be able to actually see every time the topic comes up.
