What do you think is causing you not to feel well?
Not sure. I have an ear infection and my jaw hurts. But i think i also have some sort of virus because i ache all over and am very tired all the time. Or it may be the Lyme disease never went away. Lots of reasons. My doctor has been no help. I am going to see a rheumatologist in September. Ugh. Long wait.

today is our first 50F day of this spring. It will not last, snow is forecast.
the only snow we have left is the pile pushed up from plowing the driveway.
Hope you are feeling better, Cappy.
Thanks Jim, am feeling a bit better. I got away with not taking a nap this afternoon.
How are you doing?

I'd rather not say - but it no longer exists. Honestly, I regret making the comment, as I prefer my privacy at this age.
I used a program called ExpertCAD back in the early 2000s that I absolutely LOVED. It had 2D and 3D programs; I mostly used 2D. I was a plastic injection mold designer, and oh, how I wish LibreCAD (free download program I found) had all the easy "shorts and strokes" ExpertCAD did!

Wow, that is a long time to wait for a dr. appt.
I am doing as well as can be expected for an old man. My hips are better. but I can't walk long distances before my lower back aches. I was going to a chiropracter, but he was more interested in using up my alloted appointments than fixing me up. I still have the pinched nerve in my neck. I figured out how to massage it myself and keep it under control. most of the time.
Once warm weather gets here and I can get outside and exercise I think I can make some of these aches go away. I want to get into my woodworking shop and make something. Even if it's just sawdust.

If you're up at 5:30 am, there's a good exercise program on PBS, if you get PBS. https://pbswisconsin.org/episode/classical-stretch-by-essentrics-knee-strengthening-workout/

It helps me a lot

I will try to watch it the next time I get up at 5am.
How does it work ? Do I just watch it or do I have to actually do it ? lolol
Yes you have to do it :gig
When I started doing it, when I retired, I couldn't do it like she does. But now I can for the most part.
There's quite a few years of episodes. Currently she is 72 and still has new ones. Although they are showing reruns.

They do have it on YouTube also. I don't have it setup to exercise Infront of the computer and it's way too small on the phone.
t hat video is big enough to see on my big monitor.
Today I am getting things ready for Easter dinner. Have the turkey thawing on the back porch. I don't think it will do much thawing, though. Today is not supposed to get much above freezing. I will move it to the front porch. It is just above 40F out there.
as soon as I get off of here, I am going to start a batch of Parker house mashed potato rolls. That will be a three hour project. Yield about 30 rolls. I made a batch a couple of weeks ago. despite forgetting to put salt in, they turned out OK.
On Sunday morning I will start roasting the turkey after brining it
and make mashed and sweet potatoes and dressing. DD is bringing a cherry pie.
