Unfortunately, as a long-term asthmatic I've developed a sort of tolerance for compromised breathing and probably didn't seek medical attention as soon as I ought to have -- but I *was* traveling and suddenly got worse while out of town.

I can relate. I've had asthma all my life. My doctor always says, "Why didn't you come in sooner?" Do you have a pulse oximeter? I always take mine with me when I travel. Makes it harder to brush off symptoms.

Fast healing to you.

No, no pulse ox.

Ordinarily I'm under such good control with daily Singulair that it takes me a year to use a rescue inhaler. I was caught out though because it's pollen season so I *expected" breathing problems -- then got this virus while I was vulnerable.

I am feeling somewhat better today -- not well, but I'm sitting up at my desk and not planning to get back in bed until after lunch.

The chicks came through their first night outdoors/unseasonable frost threat well with dual heat sources.
That's good news!

thanks Aart. I kind of thought so. I suppose I could have looked it up on the web, but then there would not have been anything for you to do. ;lol
How are the ladies up in the N W doing ? Was it in Oregon ? I forgot their online names . I suppose that is another thing I could look up.
I did get my hairs cut today. I think I lost about five pounds. lol
I only get my hair cut about once a year. It's about time for that again.

The peas are up in my garden. Planting some more in the other bed. My favorite veggie.
I have been weeding the flower beds and putting down new mulch. Always looks much better after that.

I dug up the last bed that needed it, and added sand and rabbit manure. Did not get the peas planted yet, but may take a flashlight and do it later.
Looking good. I wish I had your energy

And I was whooped after planting 48 potatoes in a bed I didn't have to dig. Took me all morning and didn't get around to the straw until this morning

I am feeling much better today -- able to breathe but not up to going to church.

I have to go to work tomorrow (8 hours on my feet), so I'm going to be careful not to overstrain myself.
Glad to hear you are doing better. We were worried
