well, fall has hit here like a rock.
mid 40's this morning. Sure doesn't make me want to go outside. but I will. I have to get the junk metal pile ready for the junk man.
after that is done, I am going to can apple pie filling. we got three varieties of apples. I will make a 7 quart batch of each. 21 quarts is a lotta pies. if there are any apples left over, I will mix them and make apple sauce.
