Congrats, i love being retired! Will do, another month until I can start milling. Lots of time off starting mid June as I am retiring!
The older you get, the faster it goes.So true. Time management goes out the window. It's the end of the month before you know it
It is the 661, can't wait to be done with these nightshifts, we work 2 12 hr days then 2 12hr nights (then 4 days off) at the pulp mill, and it is a good schedule but the nights get tougher as you age. I see people advertising renting portable bandsaw mills, with or without the operator, may be worth checking out.scotty, I read that the 660 is no longer being made.
it is replaced with the 661
still a powerful saw..
I am too old and worn out to start sawing lumber.
but I enjoy watching other people work..
I have about eighty black walnut trees that some
are big enough to saw. Not worth sending to the
local sawmill, but with a rig like yours I could make
a nice pile of boards..
