I hope you find buyers for the expected new goats
we are busy cleaning my shop. a little each day helps.
I snagged two 55 gal drums. they are already rain barrels. I added rain gutters onto the other side of the porch. last year I put gutters on the other side.
when these are finished, I will have 2oo gal of water in four barrels. so far this year the rain is keeping everything watered.
my whole garden consists of nine tomatoes in three raised beds.

I have the new set of rain barrels completed.
I will attempt a picture on a separate post.
my picture sending is kind of a mess so there might not be a picture.

the rain goes from the gutters to down the spout into barrel no.1. when it gets full the water goes through the overflow tube into barrel no.2. when no.2 gets full the water goes through the overflow tube and drops into barrel no.3. when no.3 gets filled up to the outlet. the water goes through the hose to a sloped area of the yard and flows away from the house.
there are also spigots at the bottom of no.1 and no.2 so I can connect a hose and drain the barrels or water the raised beds of tomatoes.
