She's slowly wandering around my room, should I try to give her some raw egg?

She is pecking at her feed, not quite opening her beak enough to eat it, but she's drinking on her own!

Try boiling up some rice and giving it to this hen with a little raw egg yolk or buttermilk or yogurt over it.

What all has she eaten today? Have you thought about tube feeding? It may be necessary to give her the strength to eat on her own. Call some vets and ask if they can sell you a tubing kit for a small animal.

Add water to small amounts of feed and scrambled egg. That will get more water into her.
