Her bottom eyelid has begun to swell as well. I gave her a bath yesterday, and cleaned her eyelids, but it's not getting better

Check with your local vet and get oral antibiotics for your chicken 2milliters a day for 15 days. This will be very effective.

Update: Just took her to the vet. The vet says it looks like she has avian pox, and he gave us treatments for her. Thank you for all of the help!

I can’t see any fowl pox scabs in your picture. Is there one under her eye, or is that a shadow?
