hemorrhoids?

My speckled sussex who is about 6 months now and has been laying for 6 weeks has bruised areas around her vent? I cleaned her all up today with warm wet compresses and noticed that she has ? blood blister like appearing lesions around her vent. Any ideas.

Could the poopy butt have lead to irritation or picking of the skin?

I don't know. Is that possible? I've never had chickens before.
Interesting thought.
