I wish there was a final update because my bantam girl that's about eight or nine months old is going through this. I soaked her in Epsom salt and warm water for 20 minutes I felt up in her but I was kind of scared so I'm not sure if she's egg-bound I really don't think she is

Ivermectin isn't very good to use to treat worms.
Lice yes but not worms.

Ivermectin has some impact on internal parasites -- but it is secondary.
