Hen all of a sudden cant walk and started heavy breathing

I got a white leghorn a couple of weeks ago and today I noticed she just wasn't acting right... she didn't want to come out the coop and stayed on the perch. I took her out and looked at her. I discovered she had lots of lice/motes on her so I put some powder stuff on her that I have that is meant to kill of the lice and then I gave her a calcium citrate tablet hoping that this might perk her up a bit. This was only an hour ago, and 10 minutes ago I saw her lying on the coop floor with one leg hanging out and she tried to get away from me but couldn't move- it's like her legs have just totally went. I picked her up and she is breathing VERY heavily. WHAT SHOULD I DO :hit
Where did she come from, were you able to quarantine her?

Smite mite powder is safe. It's not a cause of the hen becoming ill.

It seems she is suffering from stress and shock. The symptoms point that direction. I would try treating for those symptoms with a cup of water with one teaspoon of sugar stirred in plus a pinch of salt and baking soda. Give it as the sole water source for 24 hours. This should perk her up if nothing more serious is going on.

I had to go home last night because it was getting late. It was already 8pm-9pm where I live when I posted the thread. So I left the hen with a bowl of water with a wee drop of ACV and some food. I also gave made her comfortable with some straw. When I went home I boiled an egg to give to her in the morning. So a couple of hours ago (7am)
I went back to the farm to see how she was. It was quite a shock to me, unfortunately Rita has passed away during the night 💔 I'm very upset but maybe it was the best thing for her, she might have been in a lot of pain. Thank you everyone so much for your help and advice, it is greatly appreciated :love fly high Rita 🕊

I'm so sorry about Rita, I've had to figure out unknown problems and never fix them in time way too many times.
Sending hugs. :hugs
