Hen almost dead HELP

One of my 2 year old red stars is acting very strange - She sits in one place for hours at a time and will not eat food or BOSS
I am worried this is not like her at all I have not seen her lay in egg in a while ? what do I do ? Any help is wanted

She Died this afternoon

She has gotten a little bit worse, Any ideas on a good brand of dewormer ?

Safeguard for goats, but I will only worm really sick ones after I've brought them inside, warmed them up, corrected hydration statis and tube fed.

Now she is much better

I do not know how this happend but when I went to the coop this morning she seemed much more alert and eat BOSS and corn with much more gusto

I put a bagette that was very stale and she went nuts , I think she is coming out of her illness
