Hen attacked by dog, open wound help

Pics
Hello I have a similar problem with a dog attack. One of my four back yard hens was attacked by a dog just over a fortnight ago. The dog had her in his teeth and was holding her down. I thought the dog had killed her right off but in fact she got up and walked around after he had gone. She lost a lot of feathers on her left side but there was no sign of an actual wound. I put her in a separate space for two nights, letting her out in the garden during the day. She limped a bit at first but seemed to get stronger everyday. however she has now started to decline again. She laid a soft shelled egg ( which she often did) after a couple of weeks then went missing at 'bed time'. She reappeared looking a bit disheveled and I put into the coop for the night. Since then she seems to hsve lost the will to live. She lies in the sun or snuggles up in the nesting box but is limping really badly again and she isn't eating, unless it is right under her nose. Do I just have to watch her die?

So this photo looks so gory. For some reason when I look at it in person it doesn't look so bad. This was yesterday, when it was fresh. :hitIs this going to heal? The dark spot is the puncture and was tender when I applied neosporine. She's patiently taking the fluids and food we're giving her with the syringe. Remaining hopeful for our little Sunshine.

Also while I'm here I feel a little obligated to say, if anything was phrased a little funny in my last comment it is because I was using the speak-to-text on my phone which isn't perfect and didn't bother checking.
Thanks again anyone following along or able to help.
