Update: Both eyes are open and she's feeling much better. She no longer sits around, but instead walks around being noisy and making messes. I've taken her outside a couple times, and she scratches around and loves it, but I still haven't seen her eat. I may have to resort back to yogurt if she doesn't figure out how to eat with her new beak. Thankfully she was on the larger side and could afford to lose a little weight, but still. She'll peck at any food that I give her, but she just hits it with her bottom beak and then gives up. I've tried tempting her with worms, food, and today I even made her scrambled eggs with worms on top, but after a few tries she gave up. Any suggestions of what to do?
On the other hand, her back wound is healing. After a week I started using Vetericyn Wound Spray instead of Neosporin, and it's healing quickly. I'm going to order a couple chicken saddles/aprons so that she can hang out with the flock during the day too.
If there's anything else that I should be doing, please let me know!
