Hen cannabalizing other chickens

My grandson gave me his only remaining chicken, a silverlaced Wyandotte I think but not sure. She was his only remaining because she cannibalised the other hens! She lays eggs daily and crows like a rooster. I put her in with my chickens but totally isolated her from everyone. They can see her and she can see them. My question is can her behavior change? He doesn’t want her to be destroyed but I don’t want her killing all my girls. There is a rooster in my coop so I wondered if that would make a difference in her behavior but don’t want any dead chickens to find out. Any advice is appreciated.

I've heard that bored chickens cannabalize. Make sure she has " toys " like a water bottle filled with treats with the lid off. Make sure that the chickens have shade and greens and it helps to keep them busy with treats.

You can try pinless peepers on her, however this behavior is difficult to break.

I didn’t see it happen. My grandson said she did. I will watch her for a while, isolated, and see what she does. She is very easy to handle.

Personally, I'd eat a known cannibal rather than risk her hurting my other birds.

Beyond the pain and stress she'd cause in the flock, there is the risk she'd teach the others her bad behavior.
