Hen Cannot Walk or Stand

I use 500 mg calcium tablets so maybe use half a tums. you can break it into small pieces and see if she'll eat or let you put it in her mouth to swallow or you can crush it up and put it in some feed if she's still eating
She'll gobble up some oatmeal so I think I can crush it up and get it in her that way. I pulled her out and felt her stomach, feels swollen but nothing hard inside. Her vent looks good. I'm getting her epsom salt bath ready now. She's really thirsty but can't make it to the waterer so I used a syringe and she drank really well

I went and felt her sisters bellies and hers feels the same as two others, the other 3 felt more empty but I wouldn't say she's overly swollen. She definitely can't balance on her one leg and is reluctant to even put the other down on the ground but doesn't mind me touching/moving it

Ok I gave her half a tums and did the epsom bath. No poop yet. I did see a wound on her back that I didn't notice before. I'll attach a picture. We have a hen who thinks she's a roo and will often mount the other hens, do you think it's possible she mounted and hurt this one's leg or is it pretty likely egg bound since she isn't pooping?

Wondering if you've checked up her vent yet to feel for an egg? It does sound like a case of egg binding, but wouldn't hurt to confirm since you don't have a lot time to figure this out and treat.

The wound doesn't look bad... Neosporin is fine but make sure it's the original, no pain relief kind.
