Yeah I just Googled Mareks but her legs aren't paralised she can still move them a tiny bit and also Marek's is supposed to be highly contagious so where would she have gotten it and why is she the only one with the problem?

It sounds like the same thing as my hen. She can still move her legs just not much.

Vitamin deficiency can also cause leg issues.

She isn't able to support her body, she crawls to get around.

How cold has it been? Any sign of frostbite,in picture her feet appear very dark(could just be lighting).

Has she been eating? To check for crop issues,check crop at night should be full,check in morning before eating,should be empty,if not you have crop problems.

She was brought inside after noon and her crop was empty. She has ate since she came inside. Her feet are dark because I sprayed them with blue cote a few weeks ago. I have a hen that had leg mites and someone told me to try blue cote so I sprayed all the hens.

She didn't have the leg mites, I just sprayed all because one had it.
