I'll try tossing in my two cents, but I'm a beginner and my knowledge of chickens is *very* limited. First, you said her poo was normal and then later on it's green and stinky. Did it change? Have you looked at the poo link? If not, check it out.

Second, when was the last time they were wormed?
Have you tried feeding her yogurt or a probiotic? Like I said, I'm a beginner and I could be totally off base, but I recall people posting here have said that green poo *could* be a sign of something being out of whack with E. coli or other bacteria in the gut.
Is is normal for a chicken to not lay for six months? That seems kind of long to me, there is quite possibly something else going on. But maybe it is normal, like I said, I'm still a beginner.
As for her not eating, she needs to keep her strength up. Whatever she has she will not be able to fight without strength. Try the search function here on BYC, there is a lot of good information, especially from Glenda L Heywood and threehorses on good foods for Honey to eat that will keep her strength up. Have you tried an electrolyte in her water? That might help too.
Good luck! Hopefully somebody else will jump in that knows more than me.
