Hen doesn't lay eggs and is always lethargic

The hen hasn’t laid any egg for a few days now. And she is so lethargic that she often spends most of the day squatting either in the laying box or in a shady spot in the garden. It seems she suffers from diarrhea, her stomach is soiled. I’ve already bathed her with warm water.

When my hens were letgargic, I would mix up an egg & put it on a syringe(without needle) and squirt some down her throat.
It will perk her up, fast!! What other symptoms is she having??

She may possibly have worms. Also, have you felt her belly? Is it squishy or does it feel fluid-filled? Is there any indication that she may be egg bound?

I'd bring her inside if feasible, to be sure she's eating and drinking.
