Hen fluffed up, eyes closed and not eating with other hens. Weird poop, help me figure it out.

So the past 2 days my hen has been fluffed up and not eating scratch with the other hens. We just checked to see if she was egg bound and didn't feel anything.
She just pooped and it looked different than I have ever seen a poop look and I attached a picture. not sure if it is cocci or what. please help and send your thoughts/inputs thank you.

Is she eating regular feed and drinking? How many days since she last laid? Is she molting?

Have your chickens ever been wormed? Worms are one possibility for your hen's behavior and poop. For a very minimal fee, you can take that sample, or another one if you've disposed of that one, to a vet and have them run a fecal float test for worms and coccidia. That way, you will find out if parasites are behind this and what treatment the chicken needs.

She just got done molting so she has not laid in a couple weeks I would say. She eats a little but not normal like the other hens. I was also thinking it could possible be from worms as she has never been wormed. I will call the vet tomorrow and see if they can run a float test.
