Hen found upside down - can't walk

This morning we found a hen upside down on the ground. Last night she was normal in the coop. She can't walk, won't drink or eat. What could this be?

Is she paralyzed? Could she have broken her neck? Did she have a Mareks vaccine? Has anyone been picking on her?

I would guess Marek's if she is not hungry or thirsty and since it happened overnight.

Paralyzed... I'm not sure, maybe. She definitely can't walk. She did not have merek's vaccine. She hasn't been picked on. I don't think she broke her neck.
